• Question: what is it like to be a beer and cider production and more sustainable and saving money?

      Hi Lillie14, it is great fun and every day is different. I spend time looking around the factory for ways to save money e.g. trying to use less energy or make the process a little bit faster. I also look at ways to be more sustainable by trying to use less water or reduce waste produced. There are always different challenges to think about everyday and you get to learn lots of new things and think about things in a different way to come up with new ideas.
