      Hello Michelle,

      Sorry I didn’t get to this question before…

      I think if I could change one thing about the company it would be to have more graduate engineers on the graduate scheme. Currently I am the only one in my year!

      But before this can change we need more really good engineers to apply to the scheme and for this to happen we need more people in the UK to study engineering at university in general!

      See where I am going with this…. 🙂

      Oooh now that’s a loaded question 😉

      I would like to see my company expand more into alternitive energy We already do biomass products, that is anyone who uses a heating system which uses woodchip as it’s fuel, we provide a way of getting the woodchip from the lorry to the boiler system.

      I would like to see us adapt this technology to fuel machinery on site for farmers and other food producers

      I would ask Heineken to set up their own factory in Australia so I could go and work and live there.

      One thing I would change is probably getting involved with people from other countries. Some of us have similar research and projects to people abroad so it would be great if we could visit each other and learn each others way of tackling problems 🙂

      That would be great and I could travel the world 🙂 yay
