      Hi Louise 🙂

My work will change the future greatly because if I can make food more healthier and make it taste the same then this can be applied to LOADS of different food products.

This will also mean people can hopefully become a bit more healthier with what they eat and still enjoy their food.

The science behind my work can also be applied to other applications like cosmetics and drug delivery which is pretty cool!

      Good question Louise!

I guess part of the work I do is to make machines run more efficiently, with less fuel and water usage. This has positive impacts on the environment and hopefully contributes to changing the future by minimising climate change a little bit!

Coca Cola Enterprises, as a company, has a lot of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability policies and targets aimed at making a positive difference to the world. For example, one of these areas looks at sustainable packaging and recycling initiatives. You can find out more on their website, this is part of what attracted me to work for the company.

I would hope my work would change the future in some way by helping farmers and food producers reduce their time labouring but moving grain through the drying process more effeciantly meaning they can sell more grain for more people to eat.

I would hope it could play a small part in helping to reduce hunger in the future,
