      Hi 🙂

I did my first degree in chemistry for 3 years at the University of Leicester and then I did a masters at Loughborough university in Chemical engineering.

Now I am also doing some studying at the University of Birmingham in chemical engineering along with my research!

Good question… sometimes it felt like I was spending my whole life studying at University! It was four years which included a year on industrial placement where I worked making sensodyne toothpaste.

It was a lot of hard work and I’m not going to kid you into thinking doing an engineering degree is easy. However, the hard work definitely paid off because now I have a really good job with exciting prospects for the future as well. Also, studying could be fun, working in teams and doing experiments/ practical work.
