      Hi Lauren,

      Good to hear from you!

My job is important for 3 main reasons I think:

      1. I am in charge of making sure our machines run efficiently, to save on energy and water usage, and are safe to be operated by our workers
      2. I design maintenance systems which means we are more flexible as a business and can meet our customer’s needs more easily
      3. I am able to save the company money by coming up with new, more efficient solutions to doing maintenance

      Does this answer your question?

      Hi Lauren 🙂

My job is very important because I am looking to make people make healthier food choices but still have the food they love that tastes great!

So I am trying to reduce health problems for people that do like different foods. One special thing though is that the science and engineering I am using (which is called emulsion technology which you can ask me about or google) will be able to be used for other applications like makeup (lipsticks) and also possibly drug development.
